The Börner Vital kitchen slicer allows you to cut slices in four different thicknesses. From wafer-thin slices for delicious tomato carpaccio to thick slices for hearty meals – Vital lets you realize any recipe. The peculiarity of the Vital kitchen slicer insert is an innovative roller mechanism that allows you to slice vegetables and simultaneously add vegetable sauce. In this way, you can prepare ready-made salads in an even shorter time! The insert at the top level also serves as a safety device that protects hands as well as blades during storage of the slicer. With the included knife inserts, you can cut thin strips, as well as small cubes. Specify a 3.5 mm opening and get to work. For julienne strips, use the 7 mm blade insert. The set includes a safe food holder that protects hands from sharp blades during cutting. The manufacturer strongly recommends using it in every cutting process. The additional handle development provides even more comfortable handling thanks to the rubber coating.
