The sharp stainless steel blade makes chopping precise, fast, and easy. Choose from three slice thicknesses. Dimensions: length 36cm, width 12cm, height 8cm. Color: red.   Using the versatile inserts you can prepare all sorts of fruit and vegetables, in all sorts of ways. Fine veg wands or chips using the included julienne inserts, or gratin potatoes with the slicing insert. Get the 10mm slice upgrade to cut chunky chips! The safety guard keeps your fingers safe from the sharp blades, and lets you slice the ingredients right to the end. Delivery includes: The Börner V1 ClassicLine Professional set includes the iconic V-slicer, and well as the safety guard food holder.
